We are a full service printing center therefore we do accept almost any file type you may provide. By making things easier and faster for our pre-press department, you will have your printed piece in hand much sooner! Some file types to consider: Try to provide your file MAC format-- the file type can be a Freehand Document, .tif, .eps, .jpg, QuarkXpress, Pagemaker, Word, or PDF. If you are submitting PC formated files, we can open Word, Publisher and Pagemaker files. Always remember to include all your images and fonts. Obviously, the most versatile file type is a PDF file. We can use these on PC or MAC and the best part is, you will get
exactly what you send to us!

The images you use in your file can sometimes cause problems if they are not saved correctly or are not the correct resolution. If you are printing a file with images, they need to be 300dpi or 300 dots per inch. This is a high resolution image size and will allow your job to be printed to the highest quality possible. If your job is black and white, make sure the image is saved in greyscale. If the images are color, they need to be saved in CMYK. Again, the best file types are: .tif, .eps, .jpg and PDFs.
